At Watery, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your aquatic performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
